Your Spring Trend Forecast
A quick-hit recap from our latest online event + more
Whether you’re ready or not, Spring is coming in loud, soft, playful, calm, and basically all at once. In our latest online event, our Chief Creative Officer SP broke down the trends she’s most excited about right now, and the takeaway was clear: this is not a one-aesthetic season.
“These are quick hits,” SP said. “There are so many awesome trends happening right now, but I’m just going to touch on a few of my favorites.”
Below: the trends worth paying attention to, plus how they’re already sneaking into what we’re making. And yes, if you missed this event, we’ve attached the full replay below, too. You’re welcome.
“Choose Your Own Vibe” Era
If spring had a dress code, it would be do whatever you want.
“This really is the season all about range and personal style,” SP explained. “Personalization and customization are the foundation of this trend.”
Brights. Pastels. Calm blues. Soft neutrals. They’re all allowed to exist at the same time, without fighting for attention. Styling it your way beats following any rules, which feels like a collective exhale.
Crayola Cool
Color is back and it brought friends.
“Think cobalt blues, bright reds, sunshiny yellows,” SP said. “It’s nostalgic childhood favorites, but with adult styling.”
After seasons of browns and quiet neutrals, this trend feels like opening a brand-new box of crayons, just with better taste and fewer questionable color choices. Be a kid again.
Pop, Don’t Pour
Bold color, but make it controlled.
“There’s an art to subtle boldness,” SP shared. “Bold color in small doses is the name of the game.”
This is the gateway drug to color trends. No full-bleed commitment required. Think trims, handles, zipper tape, small accessories, all little hits that do the work without overwhelming the whole piece. As SP put it: a little goes a long way.
Cool Calm Collective
When everything gets bright, calm becomes the flex.
“With primaries popping everywhere, we’re going to start reaching for these soft blues,” SP said.
Icy, baby, cornflower, and sky tones step in when you want something soothing without going fully neutral. Worn head-to-toe or grounded with warm browns, these colors are doing quiet confidence very well.
Slow Your Scroll
The algorithm is tired, and so are we.
“In a very screen-saturated world, analog is officially having its moment,” SP said.
This trend is all about tactile, nostalgic, intentional things: notebooks, journals, fun pens, art supplies, real books (yes, those still exist). SP introduced the idea of the analog tote, a screen-free carry-all filled with whatever keeps your hands busy and your phone out of reach.
“It’s totally our new swag bag,” she said. Honestly? She’s right.
Prep School Recess
Classic prep, but less buttoned-up.
“There’s a youthful energy driving this trend,” SP explained. “It’s classic prep, but more playful and expressive.”
Sporty layers, retro sneakers, thrifted dad hats, and totes with personality take over. The magic is in the extras, like embroidery, patches, brooches, charms, all the little details that make something feel personal instead of precious.
Bag of Tricks
The vanity bag has left the bathroom and entered the chat.
“This is kind of the must-have accessory for spring,” SP said.
Once strictly functional, vanity bags are now doing double duty as chic, everyday essentials. Practical, unexpected, and just cool enough to make you feel like you know something others don’t.
Scarf Season, Still
Yes, scarves are still a thing and no, they’re not going anywhere.
“There are no rules,” SP said, and she meant it.
Silk scarves, cotton bandanas, tied in your hair, on your neck, around your waist, looped onto totes, luggage, or even a ball cap. Scarves slide perfectly into the choose-your-own-vibe era and are quickly becoming a season-less staple.
