It’s time to Take Note—literally. Our collection of journals and paper goods goes far beyond your basic notebook. From sleek covers to flexible bindings and colorful details, we make it easy to create something that feels just right for your brand. But first, some basics!
We offer 16 sizes of notebooks! From small square to large rectangle, we have something that’ll fit your look and budget.
All the guts (the insides of your notebooks) are available on either bright white or warm white paper, depending on your preferred vibe.
And speaking of guts, we have plentyyyy of stock design options! Make sure you ask your customer service rep if you’re looking for a specific type of design.
Cover Options
Let’s start with the covers first because first impressions definitely matter.
We offer:
4CP (Full-Color Process) Cover Options:
Colored Paper – Smooth and well, colorful! This heavyweight color cover stock comes in 47 vibrant Pop-Tone paper options to make your covers actually pop.
Duratek – Rugged and durable, perfect for high-use notebooks. With 48 stock background colors you’re bound to find the perfect choice.
Laminated Yupo – Water- and tear-resistant synthetic paper, perfect for disc-bound books and full-bleed designs. These options are:
2X Laminated – A piece of Yupo (outside front) laminated to a colorful Pop-Tone (inside front), with a polypropylene back. The front is 4CP printable; the inside front and back cannot be printed.
3X Laminated – Yupo + Pop-Tone + Yupo, all sandwiched together. The front is 4CP printable, and you can print the inside front. The back is polypropylene and not printable.
Non-4CP Cover:
Polypropylene Covers – Our screenprint-only spot decoration option. Inside front and back are not printable—but the durability is unmatched.
💡 Remember: All of our laminated cover options are 4CP-ready, except for the poly cover.
Binding Options
How we keep it all together—at least with your pages.
Tape Binding – Clean, modern, and customizable in 41 tape color options. The tape can be placed on the side for most journals or at the top for particular sizes.
Coil Binding – Durable and easy to flip through—great for classic notebooks on the go. Plus we offer 10 coil colors for your customization.
Disc Binding – Our most flexible option. Add, remove, or rearrange pages as often as you like. Plus, choose from 12 disc colors and even mix them up for a color combo that matches your mood or project.
Sewn & Saddle Stitch – A classic sewn binding giving a handcrafted feel with slim, sturdy structure. Perfect for a refined, minimal look.
Gut Options
The guts of it all—where the magic (or the meeting notes) happen. We have incredible selections here, ready for you to make your own with complete customization.
You can choose from:
Blank Pages – For sketching, brainstorming, and freeform thinking.
Black & White Print – Classic, clean, and easy to read.
Full Color Print – Bright, bold, and totally brandable.

💡 Remember: You also have the option to submit your own page designs and to bring those designs to life in any notebook!
The Extras
Here’s where you can really add your touch.
Elastic Closures – Available in as many as 43 color options.
Split Coil- Instead of one continuous coil running the length of your notebook, we divide it into two sections with a clean gap in the middle.
Rounded Corners – Square corners come standard, but rounded corners can add a polished, soft-touch feel.
Pen loops- Add an elastic loop for your pen (and even add in your favorite Numo pen). The perfect companion to your journal.
PS: Don’t forget about Tip-in Pages. This little detail is perfect for branding your journal or notebook in a fun way. A Tip-in is an add-on paper that usually goes in-between your inside notebook cover and the first page of your notebook. You can have up to four tip-ins in your notebook.
💡 Remember: These extra items are available at an additional cost and may not be available for every notebook type or size.
