At PPAI 2025, we debut an interactive experience we lovingly call, “The Pen Bar”! You can read all about it here. With our newest pen showcase, the 3-Way Pen, we wanted to make sure you knew exactly how they worked, why they were called the 3-Way, and how much your customers would love them. With this experience, we realized that many of you wanted to share this with your own customers! Enter the Pen Bar in a Box.

Pen Bar in a Box:

This Pen Bar in a Box comes with all of the components you need to share with your customers the Pen Bar experience! Not only does this mean they get to see and understand how easily these 3-Way pens come together, they also get to play with each component making their own colorful creations fit their company vibes.

What does this Pen Bar in a Box look like?

Just like this! A box full of all the components you’ll need to create your experience.

What are the costs and options?

We have three options available to you with three separate costs making it perfect for any budget.

• Option One is the Pen Bar Box As-Is. The cost is $240 (c) with the option to have the pens imprinted for $45.00(g). This box includes:

  1. Components to make 300 3-Way Pens in colors of your choice

  2. The standard size Pen Bar box in our Numo Box decoration

  3. Easy to follow one-pager on how to assemble your pens
     

• Option Two is the Pen Bar Box with Inside Box Customization. The cost and options are the same as option one, but also include:

  1. 4CP print option on interior of the main box, as well as the color of the pen parts boxes (no custom logos) for $50.00 (g)
     Plus:

  2. Components to make 300 3-Way Pens in colors of your choice

  3. The standard size Pen Bar box

  4. Easy to follow one-pager on how to assemble your pens
     

• Option Three is the Luxe Pen Bar Experience. This has all the above options, with the additional option of:

  1. Full custom box printing, both inside and out, and the pen part boxes for $100 (g)

     Plus:

  2. Components to make 300 3-Way Pens in colors of your choice

  3. The standard size Pen Bar box

  4. Easy to follow one-pager on how to assemble your pens

How do I put a pen together?

We have a handy 1-pager that illustrates just how to assemble your pen. If you’re a more visual learner, there’s a video you can watch as well! All box orders ship with the 1-pager and a link to the video. It’s so simple to do even a four year old can do it! Don’t believe us? Just watch ⤵

How will I know how to set up my Pen Bar?

• Your box comes set with pen part boxes containing each individual pen component. All you have to do is pop-it open and display the 1-pager that illustrates how to assemble your pen!

  

  

Where does the print go on the pen?

We can print on the clip or on the barrel. However, we cannot print across the barrel and clip as on a regular pen.

What are the minimums on pens?

We can do as few as 300 pens! Each polybag comes packed with 50 pens, so to maximize your experience, we believe no less than 300 pens meets the mark.

Also, you may want to consider more units than you think! This ensures that everyone has good choices for colors and no one gets just the leftovers at the end of the day.
